Escape from Tarkov

Escape from Tarkov, developed by Battlestate Games, is a hyper-realistic and brutal extraction-style first-person shooter. Set in the fictional Norvinsk region's city of Tarkov, players enter each raid with their own gear, loot items, and try to reach designated extraction points to bring their haul home safely — but if they die, they lose everything not insured. This high-risk, high-reward loop makes the game intensely tense and strategic. Known for realistic ballistics, weapon modification (with near-endless part combinations), a detailed health/injury system, and the Scav mechanic (randomly-equipped enemy NPCs or players), it's widely considered one of the most demanding and steepest-learning-curve shooters in the genre.
