Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered, developed by Insomniac Games, is an action-adventure game starring an experienced Peter Parker. Eight years into his career protecting New York as Spider-Man, Parker must contend with both a sinister crime syndicate and the challenges of his personal life, including work, relationships, and his history with Mary Jane. The game's most acclaimed feature is its web-swinging traversal system through the city's skyscrapers, powered by physics that feel realistic while delivering fluid, satisfying freedom of movement. The open-world New York is packed with crime-prevention activities, side stories, and a campaign featuring well-known Spider-Man villains like Kingpin, Vulture, Electro, and Rhino. Its combat system is a fluid 'free-flow' style inspired by the Batman: Arkham series but carving its own identity through acrobatic movement and web-based gadgets. The PC version, titled Remastered, adds ray-traced reflections and DLSS support to the original PS4 release, and includes all episodes of the City That Never Sleeps expansion.
