Battlefield V

Battlefield V is DICE's entry continuing the series' return to World War II, delivering a series of 'War Stories' campaigns focused on lesser-known fronts (Norway, North Africa) and stories. In multiplayer, it's known for the large-scale 'Grand Operations' mode, where players can dig trenches and build defensive lines, along with a temporary single-map battle mode. Destructible environments, dynamic weather, and the series' signature team-based gameplay (the class system: Assault, Medic, Support, Recon) are preserved. Though it faced some controversy over historical accuracy at launch, it reached a broad pool of maps and weapons through subsequent content updates.
